Being a responsible pet owner is a commitment that requires careful consideration, especially for those serving in the military.
Michaels Raises Money for Educational Foundation Scholarships
The Michaels Organization Educational Foundation’s 2022 Golf Tournament was a great success this year through basket donations, money raised, and time spent volunteering at the event and golfing for a good cause!
The event drew our highest number of golfers and sponsors yet and we could not be more grateful to everyone who has contributed to Lifting Lives through our scholarship program.
This year, The Michaels Organization Educational Foundation awarded a record $1.5 million in scholarships, emphasizing the importance of the annual golf tournament fundraiser and of course, the hard work of our teammates who make it all possible.

Army Tenant Satisfaction Survey Returns
Annual Army Tenant Satisfaction Survey Returns
“Your feedback about your experiences while residing in Army-owned or leased housing is critical to shaping the future housing and services provided by the Army.
— Lt. Gen. Gwen Bingham, Army Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management
Why is the Survey Important
"All surveys are confidential. Your frank feedback about your experiences in Army Family Housing may help to shape future housing programs and services and help guide future decisions that could impact generations of Soldiers and Families," said Lt. Gen. Bradley A. Becker, Installation Management Command Commander in late 2020. The Army wants maximum outreach and participation to measure residents' satisfaction with housing accommodations, as well as the services they received from the Army Housing Office.
Survey and Raffle Details
CEL & Associates will email the survey to the main leaseholder’s email address on October 25, 2022. Tenants are encouraged to complete the survey in full and provide written comments outlining their overall experiences with their current housing assignment and the property management company. It is intended to seek feedback on the housing experience, rather than the resident’s overall evaluation of Garrison or the general locale. All comments are anonymous unless a tenant requests a direct response from the Army Housing Office. Any tenant residing in the home prior to October 4th, 2022 will be eligible to complete the survey.
In addition to operating the survey, CEL & Associates will provide each property management company with random drawing of names from the pool of completed surveys. The number of names drawn will depend on the total number of units (homes) at each property. Residents will be awarded a gift not to exceed $50 each. The earlier a resident completes the survey, the more chances to win.
How to Access Your Survey
The survey is being conducted online and is being administered through a third party, CEL & Associates, Inc. (CEL). Although the survey links were sent out via email to all tenants with a valid email address on file, it is possible that you did not receive one for a variety of reasons.
All households are invited to participate in the survey, and this is your opportunity to provide feedback on your housing and community. We have provided information below on how to obtain a survey. If you have not received a survey email by October 26, 2022:
1. Check your spam folder for an email from ArmyHousingSurvey@celassociates.com.
2. Check with your spouse, partner, or other household member(s) to determine if they received the email.
3. Contact CEL via email at ArmyHousingSurvey@celassociates.com to obtain a survey link if you are still unable to locate the initial survey email.
The survey results are confidential and anonymous. Only CEL has access to your survey responses, so please express your true opinions and thoughts. The results are provided to the military and partners in a summarized format.
